As Head of Design, Jason brings nearly 20 years of experience designing products across transport and consumer electronics as both a designer and team leader. Most recently, he was Director of Design at Arrival, running multiple vehicle programs and leading a multidisciplinary team—he’s deeply hands-on and driven by collaboration, empathy, and building at the intersection of humanity and technology.

With 15 years across engineering and product management, Adam has delivered global development projects spanning oil & gas, defence/aerospace, and e-commerce. Most recently, he led a product development department at Ocado Technology, developing lower-cost grid solutions and designs for high-seismic markets like Japan and South Korea.
